There are three ways to participate in the 2012 event:

1.) Sell goods/services for fundraising purposes at the Miami Valley Music Fest

2.) Provide volunteers to work at the pre-stocked Miami Valley Music Fest vending booth to fundraise for your organization (50% of the total net profit will be donated back to the charity based on the percentage of time the organization volunteers at the booth)

3.) Staff a booth solely for promotional awareness for your charitable organization at the Miami Valley Music Fest, (no fundraising)

***The 2012 Miami Valley Music Fest is August 10th-11th. Booths may operate from 3:00pm-2:00am Friday, and from 9:00am-2:00am on Saturday.***

Must be a 501(c)(3) charity organization. Now accepting applications for the 2012 and 2013 grant periods.

2012 deadline: July 16th  Extended to July 29th 

2013 deadline: December 1st

Each year, the MVMFA makes a charitable contribution to local charities with 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. Please fill out the 15 min charity form if you are interested in being considered a recipient of one of these grants.

To fill out the form, be sure that you have your organization’s EIN, mission/purpose, and the budget for the project or program that the funds will be used for.
